The application enabled 360° visibility of bookings, chauffeur locations and the fleet availability. Car bookings, driver assignments based on time sheets and current location and billing estimates were made possible. This optimised resource utilisation, improved operations efficiency and helped business scale-up operations, while also paving the way for customer delight.
